Versace Yellow Diamond National UK Launch 2011

The Task

To launch Yellow Diamond nationally through major department stores, in a period of two weeks using promotional sites and displays in major stores and WDF.

The Plan

To prepare a wide range of launch collateral, distribute this material, together with testers, photograph the displays and log them on the website for immediate client viewing. To use the skills of the merchandising team to implement the display guidelines and place the collateral efficiently and quickly and record it in situ.

The Support

The collateral included promotional site design and installation, stocker unit design, production and installation, production and delivery of bespoke furniture for key stores, production and delivery of banners and A5 visuals.

The project also included the briefing of the team to implement the new display guidelines to include Yellow Diamond on shelf.
